There are many ways to detox your body these days. And we need it. It seems that there are toxins everywhere. Most of these are man-made, so we have only ourselves to blame. So what are the choices for proper detox?

You could go on a detox diet. This would involve no processed foods, plenty of fruit and vegetables, drinking loads of water, no alcohol, and even then you are not sure that your body is not taking in toxins from the food you are eating.

Another method of detoxing your body is to get into a steam room or sauna and suffer. This is not everyone, especially if you are on time limits.

An easier way is to use foot detox. This is based on reflexology. Reflexologists believe that all your organs are connected to your feet. Toxins are drawn from the organs; they travel down your body and congregate in your feet. From there they can be drawn out. There are a few ways to do change this. In this article I will be looking at one of them.

Toxins and not great things to have roaming about in your body. They screw around with your natural pH balance and make your body less able to deal greenphactor with disease. The electrical field in your body can put you in an acid state is the natural charge is too positive. Test strips will allow you to measure your body’s acidity.

Some of the benefits of using the footbath are removal of heavy metals and blood clots material, improving the immune system and organ function, pain relief and stiff joints from arthritis, and better sleep.

Before you use the bath make sure you are hydrated. Just drink lots of water before and during the session. It is better for conductivity.
